METABOLISM
One of the chief causes of the "bulge" is that our metabolism slows down. Some people start slowing in the 30's some their 40's. So what can you and I do to increase "boost" our metabolism? Start by doing something: Walk, Jog, Diet (within means), Aerobics, Weights, etc... Just do something! Laziness or lack of time should never be an excuse.

  • Exercise 15 minutes daily
  • Eat foods that will increase your metabolism: Food is approximitly 80% of your success, so eat clean, lean food.
  • Take the right supplements for fat loss

  • Lift weights at least three times per week.
  • Do your daily cardio for approximitly 45-60 minutes at a moderate pace.
